Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

Arum Wellness LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Arum Within website and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information we collect

  • Contact information: Name, email, phone number, and any details you provide when you contact us, book a session, or subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Session information: Health intake forms, session notes, and related information you provide in connection with your appointments.
  • Usage data: Our web server keeps standard access logs, which record the pages requested, the referring URL, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string.
  • Mobile & device information: Device type, operating system, and browser type, as reported by your browser in those same server logs.

How we use your information

  • To schedule and manage your appointments.
  • To communicate with you about sessions, inquiries, and services.
  • To send newsletters or updates you have opted in to receive.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging & mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Information sharing & disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only:

  • With service providers: Three services help us operate, each subject to its own privacy policy: Setmore for scheduling, EmailJS for delivering messages from the contact form, and Google Firebase for storing newsletter addresses. We use no analytics or advertising provider.
  • For legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • For safety: When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of you or others.

Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & analytics

Reading this website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to any third party. What we know about traffic comes from our own server’s access logs, described above.

Two things do talk to outside services, and only when you choose to use them: submitting the contact form sends your message through EmailJS, and subscribing to the newsletter stores your address with Google Firebase. Booking links take you to Setmore, which has its own privacy policy.

Subscribing to the newsletter also stores one item in your browser’s local storage: an anonymous sign-in token issued by Google Firebase, which lets a repeat submission reuse the same credential instead of creating a new one. It holds no personal information, it is written only if you submit the form, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Request information about the data we hold about you.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
